The May 2008 Division 9 Newsletter.
 

Topics covered include a summary of the April 2008 meeting (attended by 11 people), Special Interest Groups, and the clinic topic "Making Realistic Trees and Scenery from Sisal Rope" presented by John Bussard.

Generously returning to present the clinic that was canceled on account of bad weather in January, John Bussard will demonstrate making realistic trees from sisal rope in five minutes or less. A life long modeler (since 1959) and national convention award winner, his modeling has appeared on the cover of Scale Rails magazine and he has performed scenery demonstrations for Div 5, regional and national conventions.
